Russian Dolls

Who remembers those Russian dolls? The ones where you keep pulling away the outer bodies one by one until at last there is only one left.

The message today is along those lines. We have some many layers and in the middle of it all is this last part of who we are which is consciousness. Everything between is a shell, just like those dolls. The body is what is known as the integral shell and it’s here where we have our operating system (the heart) and the cpu (the brain) along with all those other drivers such as lungs, liver, etc.

We know eventually the integral shell will collapse eventually but all the while the spark of consciousness is ever present until the time comes to return to the greater awareness and report back on this existence.

Meditation allows us to go within and connect with our consciousness and right now, we are encouraged to do this more and more. Let us take the time to check in with ourselves and take that time of communication and restoration.
